My experience was quite disappointing. The app-based entry system was very inconvenient, and I faced issues with the codes not working, which left several guests and me waiting outside. The room was excessively small for two people, and there was no support for carrying luggage up the steep stairs, making it challenging and frustrating to navigate. The overall cleanliness and comfort were not up to standard, further adding to my dissatisfaction.

The Bellhop has an amazing central location on one of Rotterdam's liveliest streets with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff provided efficient service during check-in and check-out, making my stay stress-free. Additionally, the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, creating a cozy environment for rest after long workdays.

The shower and toilet setup could be more practical, as you must walk through the shower to access the toilet.

The Double Room was pretty cute and looked just like the photos. Super comfy bed, which was a huge plus after a long day. The shower was really nice too—good pressure! But I had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet, which was a bit weird and not the most practical setup. Still, I liked the vibe of the room!

Lastly, the size of rooms could use an upgrade. they feel cramped and aren’t super friendly for luggage.
